Overnight oatmeal for breakfast. This recipe is very simple.
1 cup of oats
2 cups of soy milk
1 tbsp of chia seeds
And a little bit of vanilla
Put the ingredients in a bowl with a lid on. Leave it in the fridge overnight. In the morning mix it well. You may have to throw in a little more milk. Top it up with fresh fruit and nuts. I topped it of with fresh peach.
