Pancakes: Banana & Peanut butter

Simplest recipe for healthy gluten-and lactose-free pancakes ever!
I’ve only used three ingredients:
1 banana
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 egg
This was for six small pancakes, which I topped with agave syrup and coconut.

I mashed the ingredients together into a dough before they where being fried in the pan.
Could imagine it would be nice to blend it together as well.

Jeg har kun brugt tre ingredienser:
1 banan
1 tsk jordnøddesmør
1 æg
Dette var til seks små pandekager, som jeg toppede med agave sirup og kokos.

Jeg mosede ingredienserne sammen til en dej, før de blev stegt på panden.
Kunne forestille mig det også ville blive lækkert at blende det sammen.
