Chili oil & Balsamico with Rosemary

DSC01519Today I made ​​my own chili oil and balsamic vinegar with rosemary.

For chili oil, I spent my money on a good mild cold-pressed olive oil and habanero chilies. they are the third strongest chilies, in the world! So it’s going to be a very strong oil, if left.

Til Chili olien brugte jeg en god mild koldpresset oliven olie og Habanero chilier. Som er de 3. stærkeste i verden! Så det bliver en meget stærk olie, når den har stået og trukket.

Til Rosenmarin balsamico har jeg bare lagt frisk rosenmarin ned i. Man skal evt. smage på det og tage rosenmaryen op efter en uges tid. Alt efter hvor meget smag man vil have det skal have.DSC01525
