Last night, I made this Greek-inspired healthy and slimming dinner.
Steak is made with organic ground beef with low fat percentage. I put the following in the beef:
Bell pepper cut into small cubes
Onion finely chopped
1 egg
Cinnamon
Rosemary or thyme
Salt and freshly ground pepper

For steak, I made ​​a tzatziki of soy yogurt, grated and drained cucumber, mint, garlic and salt & pepper.

As accessories steamed broccoli.

Igår aftes, lavede jeg denne græsk inspireret sunde og slankende aftensmad.
Bøffen er lavet med økologisk hakket oksekød med lav fedt procent. Hvor i jeg har puttet følgende: Peberfrugt skåret i små tern
Løg hakket fint
1 æg
Kanel
Rosemarin eller timian
Salt og friskkværnet peber

Til bøffen har jeg lavet en tzatziki af soja yoghurt, revet og drænet agurk, mynte, hvidløg og salt & peber.

Som tilbehør dampet broccoli.
