The perfect Sunday meal !
It’s certainly not slimming but it is healthy. Homemade mayonnaise, French fries and burger. The recipe is for two people.

French fries:
3-4 large potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, freshly ground pepper & paprika

I took three large potatoes and cut them into fry size strips. Then I cooked them in some boiling water in a few minutes. When they are cooked in advance, I think it’s easier to get them crispy in the oven.
Then put the potatoes up on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper and olive oil. But them in a 200 degree oven with grill in about 15 minutes. When grilling, one must keep an eye on them, and turn them regularly.

Chili mayonnaise:
1 egg yolk
2-3 cups canola oil
little mustard
The juice of ¼ lemon
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Paprika and dried chili spice

There must be whipped alot, use a electronic device. Getting all indgredienserne except oil in a bowl. Make sure that the egg yolk is not refrigerator cold. Whip them together. Then add a little bit of oil at a time, while you whips. It must be a very thin beam at the beginning.
So it’s just whipping and pouring oil in, until it got the right consistency.

Homemade mayo is far healthier than people think. You just have to make sure it’s a good cold-pressed oil.

Burger:
2 Whole grain buns without flour
Field Salad
1 small onion
2 tomatoes
8 slices of cucumber
Salt, freshly ground pepper and paprika
Madagascar Pepper
Ketchup
The homemade chili mayo

It’s really just to cook the steak with the spices, remember to squash madagascar pepper. Heat the bun and bring the burger together.

Det perfekte søndags måltid

Slankende er det bestemt ikke men sund er det. Hjemmelavet mayonnaise, pomfritter og burger. Opskriften er til to personer.

Pomfritter:
tre-fire store kartofler
1 spsk oliven olie
salt, peber & paprika

Jeg tog tre store kartofler og skar dem ud i pomfrit størrelses strimler. Derefter kogte jeg dem i få minutter. Når de er kogt på forhånd syntes jeg det er nemmere at få dem sprøde.

Op på en bageplade og krydder med salt peber og oliven olie. Så ind i en 200 graders ovn med grill i et kvarter. Når der er grill på skal man holde øje med dem, og vende dem jævnligt.

Chili Mayonnaisen:
1 æggeblomme
2-3 dl rapsolie
lidt sennep
Saften af ¼ citron
Salt
Friskkværnet peber
Paprika og tørret chili kryderi

Der skal piskes meget så jeg brugte en elektrisk en af slagsen. Kom alle indgredienserne pånær olien i en skål. Sørg for at æggeblommen ikke er køleskabs kold for så skilder din mayonnaise. Pisk dem sammen. Derefter tilsætter du lidt olie af gangen, mens du pisker. Det skal være en meget tynd stråle i starten. Så er det ellers bare at piske og hælde olie stille i, indtil den har fået den ønskede konsistens.

Hjemmelavet mayo er langt sundere end folk tror. Man skal bare sørge for det er en god koldpresset olie.

Burger:
2 Fuldkornsboller uden hvedemel (Kan anbefale naturbageriet)
300 g hakket oksekød 3-6% fedt
Feltsalat
1 lille løg
2 tomater
8 skiver agurk
Salt, friskkværnet peber og paprika
Madagaskarpeber
Ketchup
Den hjemmelavet chili mayo

Det er egentlig bare at stege bøffen med krydderierne, husk at kvase madagaskar peberen. Varme bollen og samle burgeren.
