Almond Chicken Salad

The dressing is what make this a delicious meal.

The salad is made with:
Brocolli
Carrots
Cooked kidney beans
Avocado
Parsley

Dressing:
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon honey
Freshly ground salt and pepper

Chicken:
Chicken breast
Almonds
Eggs

I start to cook brocolli and carrots for a few minutes, so they are still crunchy. Them i mix the dressing together and mixes respectively all the ingredients for the salad.
Chickens are fried in egg and the chopped almonds before they arrived in the oven. They were given 20 minutes in the oven.
It’s also delicious with spring onions in it.

Salaten er laver af:
Brocolli
Gulerødder
Kogte kidney beans
Avocado
Persille 

Dressingen:
2 tsk dijon sennep
2 spsk hvid balsamico eddike
2 spsk oliven olie
1/2 tsk honning
Frisk kværnet salt og peber

Kylling:
Kyllingebryst
Mandler
Æg

Jeg starte med at koge brocolli og gulerødder i få minutter, så de stadig knaser. Så rør jeg dressingen sammen og blander henholdsvis alle ingredienser til salaten.
Kyllinger er paneret i æg og der efter hakkede mandler inden de kom i ovnen. De fik 20 min i ovnen.
Er også lækkert med forårsløg i.
